Make sure that we, Skyview Animal Clinic, have your Email address in our computer
system. If you are unsure, please e-mail us at skyview@skyviewvet.com or give us a call at
(573)334-6283.
Click on 'Login' on the Home page of our website (www.skyviewvet.com)
Enter your E-mail address and select 'Forgot Password'
A password will be sent to your E-mail Inbox
Use your E-mail address and password to log on to the PetWise app
downloaded from iTunes or the Android market
Your Pet's information will be synced from our system to your phone
